Conditions of stay

Prices are per person per day, for a minimum of 4 nights and a final cleaning fee of € 25 is added.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, free WI-FI, kitchen cloths, parking, electricity and heating.
Please note that starting from 01.01.2015 in all the accommodation facilities, the Tourist Tax of € 1.40 per person per day (starting from 14 years) must be added. The tax is to be paid on the spot.
We accept credit cards and debit cards.
The apartment is considered definitively booked upon receipt of the confirmatory deposit. For each apartment we ask for a deposit of approx. 30% on total price, which is not refunded.

Late arrivals and early departures will also be counted.

On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 2:00 pm onwards, they must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Pets are accepted for an extra charge of 5.00 euros per day for small size and 10.00 euros per day for medium-large size.

After 10pm respect the silence of the night (radio, TV and low volume communications).

Guests are kindly requested not to enter the apartment with ski boots and mountain boots.
Use the apartment, furniture and equipment with care; the damages must be compensated.
